David had been very busy lately due to his exams.

Almost too busy till I'm not fitting into his schedule anymore.

I miss our weekends together and late night hang-out at his place.

But well, gotta be understanding and just be patient.

Chanced upon newspaper on this tofu diet that made this Korean star lose 8kg in 2 weeks.

Since I love tofu so much, I should probably try it too.

But I don't think I'll be able to do without my meats and cookies.

Again, it's one of those night where extreme loneliness just overwhelms you.

No conversation sparkling enough, no webpages interesting enough.

Nothing would help brighten this rainy night.

Diet control has been a little off lately, had Carl's Jr the other night, and KFC tonight.

Influence from the outside is just too great.

Not in a mood to exercise, not in a mood to fast.

Just finish my skipping.

Did bout 50 minutes, with intervals in between to rest,

total 200 calories lost from the calculation of my digital skipping rope.

Did some research online and found out about ' calories buck '.

Basically set your target calories intake for your day,

and deduct after each time you eat.

Something like spending and saving money.

and if you want more calories buck to spend, just do some exercise.

To lose 1 kg a week, I have to lose 3500 calories in total, bout 500 a day.

I'll try to list down my daily food intake.

so for today,

Food Intake (21 September):

Mc chicken burger 360

1 small plate of hong kong mee 500?

2 cubes cadbury chocolate 40

4 pcs pingpong biscuit 160

1 small cup of heaven & earth green tea 10

1 sunny side up egg 80

1/2 jug of BOH lychee & rose tea with sugar 60

Total: 1210 / 1500

Leftover: 290 + 200(skipping) = 490. YIPPPE !!!!!!!!!!

Once again I've started the quest to lose weight.

Yeah, boring as it is, especially at how frequently I have to do this again,

I'm trying to do it again.

Plan:

- to be eating only 1500 calories or lesser a day.

- skip for twice a week for an hour each.

- forgo all sweet drinks and drink A LOT of water.

I don't know how long this craze will last, but I hope at least a month.

Followed my plan for the weekend and it seems like I've lost 1 kg of water weight.

Let's hope the weight just keep falling.

Watching the Emmys right now, and after that I'll try to do my skipping.

I do not have a best friend.

I have friends, wonderful friends.

But we are just all so busy.

At times when I feel lonely at home, when David is out with his friend,

I wish I could just call a friend to talk, just to chit chat.

But I realise that I do not have such a friend.

I do not have a friend whom I can just call and ask to meet her up in e middle of the night.

I do not have a friend whom I can bitch about everything with.

I do not have a friend whom I can ask to go out shopping or clubbing without having to make a 3 weeks appoinment in advance.

Watching ' I love you, man' last night made me realise that I'm just like the movie character.

I'm a boyfriend person, I get along very well with male friends, but when it comes to female friends, somehow we just don't click, or not that severe, we just have different interest.

I'm not crazy and bubbly, not the most friendly type.

I care a lot about my personal image.

I present my best to people, especially people whom I've just met.

I find it hard to act like a funny ass in front of the public.

I find it hard to strike conversation with my friend's friends, afraid that I would leave a bad impression.

The movie was right, everyone needs a best friend.

and I would really like one.

Let's hope a miracle happen and that I'll meet her soon.

The idea of planes being hijacked and crashed into buildings is haunting.

I can't help thinking of how the victims felt when it happened.

I know it's difficult to do,

Just caught Elite Model Look 2008 on channel 5 earlier.

to tell the truth, some of the models that they've chosen cant walk.

literally, can't walk like an average person.

one of the girl looks like she's got a busted knee.

if she was to have a race, her knees would probably reach the ending points first.

Surprisingly Singapore's contestant wasn't that bad.

most of the girls are walking, living skeletors with bones looking like it will pop through their fatless skin any minute.

however I thought China's Jin Zhou should have won.

In life, you fight with your loved ones over issues that shouldn't even matter to the world.

but deep down in everyone, there's some things that you care about, something that has to be right for your world to go round, for you to function properly.

And most often, this exact issue is what bothers you time and again in life, when you're a teenager, when you're an adult, or even when you grow older.

It follows you throughout your life and haunts you everytime, catching you off guard.

Through time you learn how to fight it, little by little.

But it will fight against you, try to take you down, push you back to half of where you started.

You need to find the strength, come up with a plan, to get over it.

It will hurt, hurt yourself, hurt people around you, the ones you love.

Remember, do not let it control your life, never let it control you.

It will ruin your life, make you lose everything and banish you into that lonely corner where you have only part of your true soul to live with.

That's when you really freak out, go crazy, and no one will save you.

Till you think you have overcome it, and you start to let people back into your life.

These people might help, but they wouldn't understand why you're doing the things you do.

Eventually they would get tired, they would leave you, and you wonder why all these have to happen.

Yet after all, it wouldn't matter anymore if you are left with yourself.

You'll just devour yourself till none of you is left.

So think about it,

what is it that have to be present to keep your life going.

Couldn't believe how I missed the movie when it was out.

Yes, somehow I got myself addicted to facebook's pet society. I guess it's after baby joined that I constantly try to find ways to get more coins to buy him gifts. lol

I'm in a serious need to tune back my biological clock. Am sleeping at 6am and waking up at 3pm. Time to get a job, earn money, lose weight.

Btw, UP is a really touching cartoon. Please I don't want to be like Mr Fredrickson who lose his wife at old age. It would be so horrible. Babe and I debated on wanting to die earlier than one another when we're old and grumpy.

I cooked dinner tonight, japanese chicken curry with omelette. (:

Met up with Litian for Harry Potter at LIDO on tues evening.

Honestly, couldn't review much about the movie as I didnt catch all the previous series.

This has been bugging me for the past week. I'm insecure, extremely. I put down others so that I feel better, and perhaps this is why I'm lacking of true friends. Im skeptical about every new friend I meet. Especially girls, instantly they would be classified as 'bitch', especially if they're pretty, long hair, thin, friendly, cheerful. It's eating me up, and it's eating up on everything and everyone around me. I get paranoid when babe goes out with his friends, I freak out when he changes his night plans to go hang out and drink with his friends. He tolerated with this all along, but I think I seriously need to change. I think its unfair to him. A relationship's meant to be happy, every aspect. Not stressful, not angry.

Perhaps its because I've never been the popular kid in school, never been what everyone wanted to be, never hot as a model, never felt cherished in a relationship. Past relationships look good and sweet on the surface, but the drama beneath the shiny veneer is horrible. I hate that I expect my bf to do the same as I do, somehow I have that wired in me, ' if he loves you, he would do exactly the same as you're doing for him '. I understand that everyone's different, different views of life and relationship. But i try so hard, so hard to fight this shit in my mind that's ruining everything. Babe said its perhaps im stuck within my teenage years, doing similar things as what teenage couples do, wanting to conquer and capture your partner in captive. It should never have been this way, and should never be now or in the future.

I hope this serves as a reminder, to me and anyone else who's reading. It's time to change, time to make yourself a better person, think more for your partner.

Change if you have to, and remember why you're changing, and keep up with the good work.

David, I love you. Thanks for being patient, and Im really sorry for causing you so much stress. It's really sweet to know that all you've done is because you truly care for me, love me and want our relationship to work. I would really love to grow with you thru this relationship. its really difficult to have to work without photoshop.

finally received call to make downpayment for the car, hopefully can get it before 10th july, the ETA.after so much drama, i wonder if i should still report them and let other ppl know how badly they treat their customers.

Went to ZOO with baby and his family last sat.
The last time i went to zoo must have been when i was in primary school. According to baby, everything is still pretty much the same, but for me, it all seemed so new (super weak memory). Didnt have much pictures taken cos we forgot to bring cameras. lol.
They have a new boat ride which takes bout 10 mins, with a guide telling u stories about the zoo and the reserviour.
And yeah, on our final tram ride to the front gate, this family of 6, parents with 4 kids just hop onto the tram without tickets, and resist to get off and finally manage to persuade the ticket holder to let them take a free trip, which previous pple who tried to do so were asked to walk.UGLY UGLY SINGAPOREANs. urgggh.

Planning on a mini holiday with my mom in July, 3 days 2 nights in total. Any suggestions?

I left the CLEO that i borrowed from Bishan Library sitting on my couch for far too long and now i gotta pay fine.

never thought one day i would 'overdue' a book.

Spent a mini holiday (like how baby described it) at baby's place.
5 days in total, since baby had a long weekend.
We achieved quite a lot I would say, we got to go to IKEA, Spotlight, PC show, countless supper trips, and most importantly, lodge our complaints to KIA.
Let's hope this helps me get the car faster (:

Got this book while on a reading urge from Bishan library a month ago (renewed it once due to sudden temp lost of interest in reading).

Heartwrenching but sexual/sweet/funny story about how a woman, Naomi, who just walked out of a failed marriage, get hired by the hot charming sexy Royce Powell to host his mom's birthday party.
None of them could fight off the charm they have for each other right from the start. This marks the start of a constant reminder to Naomi (herself) that men who do anything to get you, and change / cheat on you when you're married. Yet finding herself falling in love with him even without admitting it. It's just difficult to acknowledge that Royce, being so wanted by thousands and millions of women who filled out applications to be his wife, would really loves her.

I like how the flirting and inner struggles are portrayed throughout the book. The feeling where most of us have felt before - So wanting to belong to the other person, yet unsure, or perhaps afraid of what the future holds. Good things certainly don't come often, especially someone as eligible as Royce.
Like what Davidboo said, this is another of those love [sex] novels that I read, which usually captivates me so much more than other books. But well, you can actually get it from library. I just wonder what would happen if kids were to borrow it. haha.

Anyway, really a good read, more for girls I think. You can really feel yourself in the same exact situation, falling so crazily in love/lust for a person, yet having to resist your every muscle to give in to him.

I'm gonna try searching for the other book from library by the same author, Playing with fire, that is.

Oh ya, If only the story was a true account. Then I could see if they look like what I have imagined. haha.

Shannon, my blood cousin came over to MHA for a haircut today.
She brought together a troop of girls from school.
Most of them are from the same class, I guess they probably got closer thru CCA or some other sorts.

When was the last time you felt so comfortable with your friends by just doing silly things?
They were teasing each other, trying to take photo of each other's ugly look with the towel wrapped around their head.
Photographing before and after pictures to 'send' to their friends immediately, announcing their new haircut over phonecalls and smses.
One of the girls was sweet enough to trust me to snip off bout 6 inches of her fringe to make it into bangs. She look cute after the haircut.
And she even mentioned looking for me for future haircut session.

This happens once in a while in lifetime, things starts getting mundane, nothing much interesting to blog about.
You know, I used to enjoy writing bout my everyday life, every little single details that happens throughout the day.
But the days are all so similar now, so I don't see much point.
Not that I don't enjoy life now, not that it's not interesting.
It's just not blog material. (:

Anyway, if by chance anyone is still curious, here's my schedule for a week.

Monday - Friday, wakes up at 11am and prepare to go to Monsoon. Washup, blowdry hair, watch cooking programme on tv and leave home prolly bout 12.20pm .
Reaches school about 1.15pm, usually with my packed lunch.
After lunch, start own practising, if there's customer, definitely better (depends on days too =x ). Leave school at 6pm or earlier, head home, meet up with babe if he's free, or buddies if they are free. If not, will just spend some time with family, tv and Internet.

Saturday-Sunday.
Will pack up my barangs after friday's school and head down to babe's house. Depending on how tired we are, we'll either stay at home or try to go somewhere for a walk, like IKEA ( my all-time favourite ) or if babe's friend organise something.
Sunday night I'll be back home so that the same routine goes on for the next week.

Yeah, so this is pretty much how it is. I still rmb that I'm supposed to blog about my birthday holiday which is alrdy 2 months ago. Pictures are uploaded already, guess I would need babe's help to recall all the tiny details.
Surprisingly, I still miss the holiday very much till now. (:

Swine flu seems to be all over the news. Just hope that it'll stay away from Singapore.

spent a usual lazy weekend at babe's place.
sometimes i really think i should be a chef instead.
saw some bananas lying around, so i placed the bread into the toaster, took a pot and added sugar, heat it up a little and added water, no measurements, just by instinct, let it bubble by itself at high heat till it caramelize and add the banana slices that i cut up before that, place the banana with the "syrup" on top of the toast and it taste HEAVENLY.
baby's a lucky guy. hahaha.

mom's birthday celebration was simple, family dinner out and fresh fruit charlotte from sweet secrets for cake.
got mommy Andrea Bocelli cd for her to play in the car.
im still amazed by the fact that she appreciates opera singing. lol.

school have been really wearing me out lately.
but hoorays to the many praises from customer. (:

it actually feels hollow being alone in my room,

Remember the last time I begged mom to let me tag along with my friends to go on a overseas trip.

The plan failed and I lived with the promise that mom gave,

" wait till you're 21 and have a steady boyfriend to go with you ".

So here I am, 3 days more to go to become 21.

and spent a lovely year with my baby David, bet that reads "STEADY" all over.

We'll be going to spend my birthday holiday at KL.

Yeap, not much of a fancy destination, but I guess its the company that matters.

My virgin trip overseas all on my own without my parents there to look over me.

But I know baby would protect me all the way. (:

Im busy packing my barangs now.

Hope I would be able to blog when we're there.

Spent Christmas eve with my dear pals this year. Jiaying, Jinshun n Qihua. Slacked at Happy Daze n played Spongebob Monopoly & Mini Mahjong. Even though I miss my lovely darn much, I did enjoy my Xmas eve this year. (:

Babe was granted approval to come home for dinner. Full Christmas dinner over at his place, and I think it's my first true Christmas dinner. The ham is really yummy!

and it's the Season of Love and Anniversary. exchanged our presents early as baby wont be around for both xmas & our anni. sweet darling bought his first diamond baby for me. and it's the first diamond i received too. nothing Big or Fancy, just a simple pendant with a lovely lil card.

Had our kinda expensive dinner at Himawari @ Safra Mount Faber on Sat night. Nice quiet place for sweet lil couple like us. (:

But come on, LIGHT PALE PINK , SUPER THIN/SHEER (looking like a scratch would create a huge hole, which i wonder how many is there already), with GRANNYFIED LACE at waistline, and wearing it way up till ur belly. No problem if you can hide it. BUT , constantly bending down, allowing your shirt to raise up and jeans to slip, exposing bout 3/4 of your panties, IS JUST HORRENDOUS.

In my life, money has always been an issue. Not that much of not having enough, but struggling to choose where to spend what I have on. And it's pretty ironic at times. I would scrimp and save little cents and dollars, but willingly spend 40 bucks on a meal. Not often, yet I still do it.

Money becomes an even bigger issue in relationship. Saw it once on TV that 80% of marriage problems are due to money. And Im greatly affected too. Some instinct within me finds the need to monitor and control the amount spent in relationship. Eg, I would 'think' and 'decide' for my guy what he needs to buy, whether it's worthwhile spending the money, even though it's his dough. I greatly understand why this is irritating, but I just couldnt help it. It's just like mothers naturally cares for their baby. Same, natural instinct.

Anyway, I just hope I could find some way to rectify this prob. Creative cut and colour lesson's starting tomorrow. Gotta wait for darling's call and then go to bed. Have a nice week pals. =]

You know, I always look at those girls , bimbos who can shop around in like 4 inches heels. How the h*ll do they do it ? Like, dont they feel the strain on their legs and pain from the arch of the feet? Or issit simply just pain for beauty? A little bit too painful for me I guess, cus till now I still could not find a pair of heels that's soft and comfortable. Who made the law in shoe designing that heels must be hard like rock and eats into your flesh. Someone should do something about it yeah.

Gotta go to shop for Christmas presents soon, clear idea of what I wanna get, but aint sure what's available on the market. Guess lots of window shopping is required. =\ and how I wish I could do the shopping in heels.

I think some alien made this show. Underlying message: time to change, and save the Earth. So many times I've told myself that I should do my part and prolly save the Earth a little, not knowing whether that little help is enough. Yet, I start to lose the tempo in doing it, starts getting lazy from packing stuffs for recycling. Perhaps just like in the show, it's only towards the end that we'll change?

after such a long wait for a movie with only like, i guess, 30% of dialogues?
most of the movie is based on facial emotions and actions.

Weekends are so dear to me these days.
Constant late nights in school's wearing me down a lil.
and I suffer from imsomnia during weekdays.
it's not all easy for fame and glory. (:

baby and i agreed to catch the fireworks again.
spectacular, perhaps cuz darling was right beside me.
and its fun driving w/o any specific directions.
we just snuggled our way to ECP to have Carl's burger.
heee.
it's pretty cosy, there's like 4 settings over there.
cosy warm outdoors, sofa area-ed indoors and e normal fast food chain.
we ate till we had pregnant bellys before heading back home.
hope i energised myself enough for the next week.

Went to catch The Dark Knight at Lido on wed.
thanks to Lu we got the preview tickets.
I've never been interested in Batman.
they use to always show its movie on channel 5,
but i wouldnt bother watching the whole show.
so b4 we went to catch the dark knight,
i 'forced' myself to watch the first sequel first.
i was astonished when i found out that Batman was Christian Bale.
I discovered this hottie through the show The Prestige.
another good show about magic and deception.
and ya, JOKER Heath Ledger.
it's sad that he died of accidental drug overdose.
He's being named as one of the baddest villain of all times.
and he clearly beat all the previous Jokers done by other actors.
He's one super sick man in the show.
hahahhaa. but i like him.
especially he's Purple suit. lol
Do catch the show, it's perfect. 5/5 show. yes, im not kidding. =)

on that same wednesday, baby accompanied me to Monsoon.
We had a talk with Gary, the course coordinator.
a very nice friendly guy with same interest as me. SINGING.
hahahaa.
and he thought the two of us are Malay. -_-" lol.
den we proceed to pay the enrolment fee and he asked if i could help be a model for one of the graduating student.
i thought it would be fun and a good opportunity to go behind the scene to find out how things work for final hair show,
as i would have to do it one day too.
so i agreed.

ytd (thurs). i was told to go over to dye my hair to prepare for a photoshoot for the hairshow.
so now my hair is like a deeper reddish brown.
they couldnt get rid of the red.
hair looks healthier now, but i lost my bleached highlight.
guess i have to go Citibella to redeem my package soon.

so many events coming up, hairshow model, stomp performance.

you know, i wanted to plan a surprise dinner for darling.
(partly cos im craving for it too =x) haa.
so ya. i went to tiong bahru to get the movie tickets for wednesday sneak preview.
and den i rushed my way down to queenstown/queensway MRT.
i walked as fast as i can, but baby still called me n said he finished class,
yet im only halfway there.
so the clever one guessed correctly that im on my way to his school. (awwhhh.)

he met up with me n we went to take the train together.
he kept asking me where we're going,
but i told him once we reach the MRT station, you would know.
and yea. we reached the MRT station. MARINA BAY.
if u still doesnt noe, i planned to go eat bbq steamboat with darling.
to our amazement, the whole place changed so much we felt like we're in another country!
all the sandtrucks, DUST, construction workers.
and we sat at the bus stop, wondering if the place is actually still opened.
so i suggested baby asking the bus driver whether it is or not.
we sat there n sniff dust for bout 20-30 mins?
finally the bus came, baby asked him n he told us the bowling place is still there,
but ALL the food stall CLOSED !
DAMN!
i really feel so silly and sorry that i brought baby there n waited for nothing.
i should have known.

but my spontaneous baby comforted me n suggested we go somewhere else.
as im really craving for bbq steamboat, i brought baby to Seoul Garden.
it's been so long since i had a meal there, like 4 years perhaps?
haha. i could still remember the silly times when we ate there as secondary sch kids.

my Club Stomp card finally came.
hopefully i'll be able to find good use for it.
and i pray hard that i'll be able to go to Monsoon to ask for more details about their academy schedule n stuffs on Wednesday.
